It's going to be an all-day affair, celebrating independent bookstores. We'll start with a book exchange, breakfast and a panel discussion of all things related to books with my fellow authors Alka Joshi, Amy Pease, and Claire Swinarski.

If you can't join us for breakfast, we'll move right down the street to Blue House Books for a meet and greet.

I will sign books and answer questions about the research that led to me to my fascination with obscure 1920s liqueurs ... which led to a mystery plot revolving around hidden speakeasies and poisoned friendships in A CUTE LITTLE MURDER.
We'll enjoy a demonstration of how to make a Bee’s Knees. You can order your "leaded or unleaded," ie, Mocktail Drinkers are Welcome!

I'll be moderating a panel called "Spells & Small Towns: The Ultimate Cozy Fiction Panel" at 10 am, on June 6 on the Main Stage at Williams on the Lake. " We'll discuss intimate settings, magical whimsy and the need for comfort in fiction. This panel features Sarah Beth Durst, author of THE SPELLSHOP, and Erin Sterling, author of THE EX HEX, plus Ashley Poston and Breanne Randall! We will be signing books after the discussion!
